AgentOps monthly operation of your agents
Each month, iSystematic watches the agents it has released for you: monitoring, evaluation re-runs, vendor and model change checks, a monthly note, and retirement of agents nobody uses.
The question it answers
iSystematic's AgentOps answers the question every released agent raises: who is watching it now?
Each month we monitor the agents, re-run their evaluations, check for vendor and model changes, write a note, and retire what is no longer used.
What is delivered
Each month, AgentOps delivers five things.
- Monitoring of every released agent
- Evaluation re-runs, so a change in behaviour shows up against the agent's own tests
- Vendor and model change checks: a new model version or a vendor change is a trigger, and a trigger can reopen validation
- A monthly AgentOps note, kept with the G5 record
- Retirement of agents nobody uses, with their connections removed

What it is built on
AgentOps is the Operate stage of the lifecycle: gate G5 of the Five-Gate Deployment Model™, where triggers are armed and any of them can reopen validation at G2.
When something fails, the AI Incident Response Protocol (AIRP)™ runs from signal to close, reconstructed from the records the build already keeps.
Every agent has an owner, a review date and a kill switch, as the catalogue's pattern P12 Review and Retire requires.
Maxim in AgentOps
Maxim is iSystematic's Claude Code plugin, and in AgentOps it adds drift checks and budget-guarded unattended runs.
Maxim defines 13 drift classes, of which 10 run automatically at session start. In AgentOps, a drift finding is recorded as a trigger in the G5 trigger register.
Its unattended workflows are budget-guarded. We use them only where the catalogue's rule for scheduled runs is met: an owner, a budget and a kill switch.
Maxim runs on Claude today; editions for other assistants follow later, platform by platform. Agents on other models are operated with the same method, without Maxim, until that platform's edition is released.
Who leads it
AgentOps is run by iSystematic's studio team of 10+ expert builders, the team that builds the solutions it operates.
How to start
AgentOps follows a Build: once a solution is in production with its gate records, the monthly operation starts. Most organisations reach it through the Automation Assessment and a Pilot.
Where to go next
Solutions
iSystematic's solutions for organisations: 13 named AI solutions, each built through five gates with the records a governance review asks for. All Proposed.
Pilot
iSystematic's Pilot puts one solution live for one team for six weeks, measured against a baseline from day one: the only route to a published result.
Governed Agent Factory
The Governed Agent Factory is one build line for every agent: PEVG contracts, BOE-shaped evidence and five gate records, ready for second-line review.
Capabilities
The six capabilities behind iSystematic's solutions: agentic automation, MCP integration, knowledge and retrieval, conversation, AgentOps and enablement.
How we build
How iSystematic builds: every solution uses the same deposited frameworks. See what each part decides, what the client keeps, and each specification's DOI.
Services
iSystematic's services: AI solutions built and run for organisations, AI governance and readiness for regulated institutions, and AI workflows for firms.
Conformance is self-declared; no regulator endorses this work.
