Pilot six weeks, measured from day one
One solution, live for one team, for six weeks, with the baseline measured before it starts and the result measured the way the catalogue specifies.
The question it answers
iSystematic's Pilot answers whether one solution works for one team, measured against how that team does the work today.
It is also the only route to a published iSystematic result: the figures on this site come from published studies, and our own will come only from documented pilots.
What is delivered
In six weeks, the Pilot delivers three things.
- One solution live for one team, released through the same gates as any build
- A baseline taken before go-live and a measurement after, as the catalogue specifies: task time including review, draft acceptance, corrections, escalations, duplicates, failures and cost
- The documented pilot a solution needs before its status can move beyond Proposed

Measurement, designed in from day one
The measurement is designed in from day one so that, with the client's permission, the result becomes the first evidence this site can show as iSystematic's own. What is published is what the measurement shows.
For a customer-service pilot, the measures are the service team's own: first-contact resolution, handle time, escalation rate and quality sampling of replies, with the baseline taken before the pilot.
Until a pilot is documented, the figures on our evidence page are published studies, not our results.
What it is built on
The Pilot follows the same lifecycle as every build under the Five-Gate Deployment Model™: nothing goes live for the team until a named person at the client approves it at G3, and the release is recorded at G4.
Who leads it
The Pilot is delivered by iSystematic's studio team of 10+ expert builders, the team that builds and operates the solution afterwards.
How to start
Most Pilots follow an Automation Assessment, which picks the solution and writes the baseline plan. A customer-service team that already knows its queue can start with a Pilot of the Front Door Agent or the Bilingual Service Desk.
Where to go next
Solutions
iSystematic's solutions for organisations: 13 named AI solutions, each built through five gates with the records a governance review asks for. All Proposed.
Automation Assessment
iSystematic's Automation Assessment: two weeks, a fixed fee, ten candidate tasks scored, three recommended solutions and a plan to measure the baseline.
AgentOps
AgentOps from iSystematic: monthly monitoring, evaluation re-runs, vendor and model change checks, a monthly note, and retirement of agents nobody uses.
Evidence
iSystematic shows published studies of generative AI at work, each with its sample, task and caveat, beside counter-findings. None is an iSystematic result.
How we build
How iSystematic builds: every solution uses the same deposited frameworks. See what each part decides, what the client keeps, and each specification's DOI.
Conformance is self-declared; no regulator endorses this work.
Plan a Pilot
A short call sets the solution, the team and the baseline, and shares the fixed fee.
