Six capabilities behind every solution
iSystematic's solutions for organisations draw on six capabilities: agentic process automation, MCP and integration engineering, knowledge and retrieval, customer conversation automation, AgentOps and enablement.
Agentic process automation
Agentic process automation is iSystematic's work of building agents that plan, act and verify inside the client's own systems.
Each agent follows PEVG: one role plans, one executes, one verifies and one generates the output, so a failure can be traced to one role. What an agent may read, do and learn is set in its PARA registry entry.
Used in: S1 Leadership Briefing Desk, S2 Policy and Regulation Watch, S4 Intake to Onboarding, S7 Meeting-to-Action Operations, S8 Receivables Assistant, S9 Research-to-Decision Office, S10 Board and Committee Pack Preparation, and S11 Governed Agent Factory, which builds such agents as a line.
MCP and integration engineering
MCP and integration engineering means building MCP servers over the client's own systems, so an agent reaches those systems only through declared tools.
Preview tools come before write tools: an agent shows what it would change before any tool may change it, and each tool has a declared capability contract. We connect only what a solution needs, with the least privilege it needs.
Used in: S3 Front Door Agent (tools such as CRM, calendar and ticketing), S4 Intake to Onboarding (tasks and records through declared operations), S7 Meeting-to-Action Operations (tasks in the team's own system), S8 Receivables Assistant (read-only access to accounting), S11 Governed Agent Factory and S13 Practice Platform (booking and payment links).
Knowledge and retrieval
Knowledge and retrieval means answering questions only from approved sources such as policies, contracts and manuals, with groundedness and recall measured.
A source that is missing, expired or retired produces a refusal, not an improvised answer.
Used in: S6 Knowledge Desk, where it is the whole solution; S1 Leadership Briefing Desk; S3 Front Door Agent; S12 Bilingual Service Desk; and S13 Practice Platform, whose knowledge library holds every answer.
Customer conversation automation
Customer conversation automation is the front door across channels, implemented on ARIA by Simplification.io, which the client subscribes to directly with Simplification.
iSystematic configures it under an action policy agreed before go-live: what may happen automatically, what is held for a person's approval, and what only a person handles.
Used in: S3 Front Door Agent, S12 Bilingual Service Desk and S13 Practice Platform.
AgentOps
AgentOps is the monthly operation of released agents: monitoring, evaluations, a trigger register, a watch on vendor and model changes, and retirement of agents nobody uses.
Used in: every solution once it is released, through the AgentOps engagement.
Enablement
Enablement means teaching the people who will own and run the agents, through staff workshops and team labs.
Used in: any solution, beside the build, and beside S11 Governed Agent Factory for engineering teams that build their own agents.
Where to go next
Solutions
iSystematic's solutions for organisations: 13 named AI solutions, each built through five gates with the records a governance review asks for. All Proposed.
AgentOps
AgentOps from iSystematic: monthly monitoring, evaluation re-runs, vendor and model change checks, a monthly note, and retirement of agents nobody uses.
Governed Agent Factory
The Governed Agent Factory is one build line for every agent: PEVG contracts, BOE-shaped evidence and five gate records, ready for second-line review.
Engineering teams
For CTOs and AI leads: iSystematic builds agents on one governed line, each with declared contracts and five gate records, ready for second-line review.
How we build
How iSystematic builds: every solution uses the same deposited frameworks. See what each part decides, what the client keeps, and each specification's DOI.
Services
iSystematic's services: AI solutions built and run for organisations, AI governance and readiness for regulated institutions, and AI workflows for firms.
Conformance is self-declared; no regulator endorses this work.
